About Mrs. Turner:

Hi!  My name is Mary Anne Turner.  I have been teaching for thirteen years in Fayette Co.  and this is my fourth year here at Glendover.  My husband is a firefighter in Lexington and we have a precious four-year-old daughter named Ellie.  I absolutely LOVE teaching music!!!    I believe in helping students grow and learn by integrating their regular subject areas with music, dance, drama and art. 

 

About our music room:

We are so happy to finally be in our new music room!!!  The students have enjoyed all the extra space and we have been busy playing the xylophones in class the past two weeks.  We will continue to explore different percussion instruments while learning several new  songs.
